This is a group policy that applies to four business entities, these business entities are;- Stone Supplies Wales Ltd, Jordan Civils Ltd, Concrete Supplies. As a group we supply the following products and services to our customers;-
- The supply and delivery of bulk aggregates, sand and decorative stone.
- The supply of grab lorry drivers with a driver on day work at customer sites.
- The removal of inert spoil from customers sites to landfill.
- The provision of civil engineering services.
- The supply, delivery and collection of waste skips.
- The supply and delivery of ready mixed concrete.
We are a family run business that started trading as a limited company in 2008 when Stone Supplies Wales Ltd was established, since then the group has rapidly expanded with three more divisions. Although each business has a different target market we all aim to deliver the same goal to our customers which is quality products and services we are therefore committed to;-
- Establishing and implementing a quality policy that is appropriate to the purpose of all the businesses.
- Maintaining the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 standard.
- Ensuring that we comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- To setting and reviewing measurable objectives throughout the business and ensuring these objectives are maintained.
- Reviewing the effectiveness of the quality management system and assessing opportunities for its continual improvement.
- To ensure the Quality Policy is clearly communicated and understood internally and
- Providing product and services that continually meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Ensuring this policy is periodically reviewed so that it remains appropriate and relevant.
- Ensuring all staff follow the requirements of the Quality Management System in the performance of their day to day tasks and ensure this policy is supported and maintained.
- Training staff to ensure these principles are understood and applied.
